With a dual-core 1.2GHz CPU, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI out and an SD card, the system is more than capable of running Android 2.3, but could also run versions of Linux. To use the device, users connect the USB plug to a power source, use the HDMI port to send video to a TV or screen, and connect a keyboard and mouse via Bluetooth. Plugged into a normal computer, the PC recognizes the Cotton Candy as a USB drive to allow access to files, or even to run the Android environment safely in a window on the PC - great for software developers. While the unit has not yet been released for sale, pricing is expected to be under $200 at launch.
